Speaker Questionnaire
Thank you for coming to speak at the first annual EQUIP conference in Boise, Idaho! I'm so excited to have each one of you as you have all been instrumental in my Agent Leader journey. I want to thank each of you and I'm excited to introduce you to the Agent Leader community and watch you deliver FIRE to the attendees.
Please fill out this questionnaire and then email your bio and headshot to [email protected] by Tuesday, please. I will be reimbursing you for standard flight cost and paying for your single king bed hotel room (tell me if you need anything different), I'll have a Visa gift card for you upon arrival for meals.

Conference Location: The Grove Hotel, 245 S Capitol Blvd, Boise, ID 83702
The hotel has a shuttle from the airport so you won't need to Uber or rent a car. All shopping and food is within a 1 block radius to the hotel (maps will be provided) and the hotel will shuttle you back to the airport as well.
Below is the Speaker Schedule so you know which day you'll be speaking to prepare accordingly. I'd love to have you for the entire conference of course :) I'll get in touch with each of you to solidify your topic and what I'll need from you for the workbook. The conference will not be streamed, however it will be recorded so you will have a copy of your footage for your own use. I will also have my photographer there as well!

The workbook will also have a place for your socials, bio and an "ad" if you have services that you'd like to offer to the attendees. I also want to have worksheets for your training. We can talk about this a bit later.
Email me with any questions (or if I forgot something). The landing page will go LIVE this week as soon as I have your headshots and bios. I will also have a social media package for you. I'd love you to advertise the conference so we make sure to SELL OUT the 200 seats! There are only 50 VIP available. VIP will have an upgraded swag bag and a 1 hour Q&A session and VIP reserved seating. Everyone will be in round tables 10 to a table. I'll send you a video with some more fun details as we get closer.
